We believe that your food should be selected from the freshest ingredients possible. The food is then prepared by chefs with skill, innovation and passion into mouth-watering dishes.
Conference delegate menus
Our menus reflect both national and international influences, but are mindful of seasonal availability, healthy options and balanced with tastes and textures. The menus are designed so that the food service times are cut, emphasis is placed on reducing queues and offering as many food service points as possible in order to deliver customer service expectations.
We find we are responding to an increasing demand from delegates for quality foods sourced from local and regional producers and try to provide this where possible. Customer preferences have also changed dramatically especially with their exposure to media chefs and thus perceptions and customer expectations have increased dramatically. Our catering reflects these changes in customer expectations.
Fine dining menus
Our dining menus allow a greater freedom of expression from our team of chefs pushing themselves to deliver memorable events.
In order to support this level of food service, the Events chefs spend periods of time at The Royal Society of Medicine in the One Wimpole Street restaurant which operates to a Rosette standard. Here they gain valuable experience in fine dining which is an intrinsic part of the cross training programme that all chefs at One Wimpole Street are required to complete.
Cocktail parties
We love to innovate fabulous and stylish canapé food for cocktail parties - all prepared on-site - gone are the old pieces of toast and in with the tasting spoons and forks, shot glasses, rice spoons and demi tasse cups upon and in which to serve our creations.
