New Team Members at Chandos House

We are delighted to welcome some new faces to the Chandos House events team.  We have four new additions in the office who are all contributing to help deliver first class events and event management.  They bring with them a wide range of experience and skills that they have developed both in study and their previous roles.

Rachel Robinson: Event and Sales Account Manager

Rachel Robinson

Rachel commenced her fascination in the event and hospitality industry at three years of age; when she went to live in Dubai.  In addition to this and being half Brazilian, half British she has developed a fascination of new adventure, diversity and creativity that she now reflects on the events she organises today.  

Rachel brings with her a wealth of experience from; her studies in Events at Les Roches School for Hotel Management in Switzerland,  and practical experience after having worked for six years in hotels including The Waldorf Hilton, London where she worked as Wedding and Social Events Executive.

Tara Mendelson: Events Account Administrator

Tara MendelsonTara moved to London from her homeland, Australia at the end of last year.  Most recently, Tara worked at the Grace Hotel in Sydney as Conference and Event Co-ordinator.  She joins us with a wealth of operational experience after having worked as a Banquet and Wedding Supervisor for Novotel and Banquet Supervisor for Dockside Group, both also in Sydney.

Tara is very business minded and driven thanks to her studies where she gained a Bachelor of Business in Convention and Event Management at Southern Cross University which is in New South Wales, Australia. 

Jessica Peacock: Events Account Administrator

Jessica PeacockJessica has come from Fox@ExCel where she mainly organised networking events and business meetings during large conferences and exhibitions.   Her passion in events came to the surface whilst studying English Literature at Leeds University where she helped organise charity festivals and sports events.
 "I believe in this technological age, events and human connections have become even more important. I love working closely with my clients and building strong, positive working relationships. I like nothing more than getting my teeth into big projects and conferences that require good communication and injecting a bit of personality." 

Nicola Winfield: Office Coordinator

Nicola WinfieldNicola is with us on placement, as a part of her studies in Event Management at Coventry University.  This is her second role within her placement year, beforehand she was with another London based event company where she worked as event co-ordinator.
During Nicola's time at University, she has been involved in volunteering and working with different teams on a variety of functions including festivals, exhibitions and student run events. After graduating, Nicola wants to embark on an exciting career in the event industry where she can develop her skills and put all her learnings into practice
