Our new house white wine is the crisp and broad textured De
Chansac Sauvignon Blanc (2015) from the Cotes de Gascogne region in
France. Our house red is a Primitivo di Salento Doppio Passo
(2014), this is a bold and powerful wine from Puglia in southern
Italy that results in a fresh and aromatic flavour.

We work hard to ensure we develop long lasting and dependable relationships with our suppliers. We have worked with most of our wine suppliers for over ten years, all of which are small independent companies that have extensive knowledge and experience of the wine market. They all have a wide and varied range of wines that offer good value for money and as a reflection of our values, they pride themselves in maintaining excellent levels of customer service. This helps us to ensure we are giving our clients the best quality possible.
In addition to a refreshed wine list, we have just this week launched our summer conference buffet menus. Our summer hot fork buffet is available throughout June, July, August and September. The menu includes a selection of light salads, delicious fresh fish and of course the obligatory Kent strawberries with vanilla soft whipped cream. Also for an outdoor summer party in our Garden terrace we have some wonderful summer party packages and last minute dates still available.
