Nigel Collett - Operations Director

Nigel Collett - Operations Director

Prior to joining the Chandos House team in November 2005 Nigel gained a wealth of experience in the London hotel, conference and catering market.

Between 1990 and 1998 he was General Manager of catering at the Honourable Society of Inner Temple, followed by a period as Area Manager with Baxter Platts. In 2000 he moved to the Hurlingham Club and was a key team member who worked on the re-development of the event facilities at the Club.

2002 brought a move to Citigroup in Canary Wharf where, as Food Service Director, he was awarded UK Catering Manager of the Year in 2004 by Cost Sector Magazine.

Nigel and his team are constantly aiming to deliver a service that both achieves and exceeds customer expectations.

Nicholas Dennis - Chandos House Manager

Nicholas Dennis - Chandos House Manager

Nicholas comes to Chandos House from the RSM's One Wimpole Street events team. Since 2005 Nicholas has led operations at the first class conference and events venue and seeks to bring his passion and experience to Chandos House team

Coming to us from 'downunder', he has brought all the innovation and progession the Australian hopsitality industry is renowned for.

If he's not cycling the 3000m peaks in the French Alpes, he's on hand to ensure the entire house is at it's exceptional high standard.

Georgina Millar - Meeting and Event Manager

Georgina Millar - Meeting and Event Manager

Georgina will be familiar to our regular customers as she's been with the House for 4 years. Her excellent sense of detail, flexibility, and experience in the London events market has been a strong foundation of Chandos House's success.

Having worked at the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn, The Naval and Military Club, and as a freelancer organising exclusive events all over London, George's varied experience ensures the success of her clients' meetings and events time and time again.

Georgina's love for travelling has taken her all over the world. When she's not kissing Toucans in Brazil, she's a key member of the Chandos House team.

Paul Kennison  - Executive Head Chef

Paul Kennison - Executive Head Chef

Prior to joining the Chandos House team in September 2008, Paul was the Executive Head Chef at the Park Plaza Hotel Victoria in Central London, a 300 bed 4* deluxe hotel. He was responsible for 20 chefs and 2 kitchens serving a 1 Rosette standard restaurant, 15 meeting and conference rooms offering space from 10 to 750 delegates, room service and café bar.

Before working at the Park Plaza Hotel, Paul was one of the sous chefs at the Dorchester Hotel in Park Lane. Here he worked extensively in The Grill Room Restaurant. Prior to this he was at the Millennium Hotel, Gloucester Road, London.

In his spare time Paul likes jumping out of aeroplanes at an altitude of 10,000 feet - with a parachute - as one of his hobbies is sky diving.

Kevin McLoughlin - Audio Visual Manager

Kevin McLoughlin - Audio Visual Manager

Kevin joined the Chandos House team in 1995 after several career positions within the hospitality and events business in London and his native north west.

Working in a Grade 1 Listed building can be a challenge, but while at Chandos House, Kevin has developed strong customer relationships and he is committed to delivering high quality audio visual productions.

When he's not running the Audio Visual Department, he's running, one of his biggest passions. He recently took part in a Hampton Court event, setting a new personal best!

Rafael Gaspar

Rafael Gaspar - Operations Manager

Originally from Portugal, Raf is a strong and experienced operational events manager. His charm and experience on the day is sure to guarantee your wedding, celebration, or meeting is a resounding success.

Joining us from the Dorchester Hotel where he also worked in Operations, Raf's popularity as an events manager has kept our clients returning and helped make Chandos House one of the most popular wedding and event venues in London.

Always up for a new challenge or adventure, his most recent trip found him in Egypt, riding camels and exploring the pyramids.
