“Nigel and I would like to thank you all for an absolutely fabulous time at Chandos House for our Civil Partnership.
The day ran so smoothly and seemed effortless but we do appreciate the tremendous amount of work that goes into making an event go so well.
All the staff were so professional and efficient but friendly too, a great combination and asset for the House.

All our guests enjoyed the food praising the quality and presentation and some of them are quite hard to please! The evening tapas - buffet was a great success with many guests saying how unusual and interesting it was not to be confronted with standard "wedding fare". Please pass on our appreciation to the Chefs and kitchen staff for their hard work.

Our evening entertainment was so much fun and we really appreciate the help we had to keep the whole thing a secret from our guests. The reveal of the "party room" was an inspired bit of quick thinking by Nicholas and our guests were suitably surprised and thrilled.

The star of the day was definitely Chandos House itself.
Suitably grand for the Ceremony and a great place for a party.
It is a fantastic venue made all the better by the people who work there.

We had such a great day, thank you to everyone who made it possible.”

We just want to thank you Joanna, Rafael and all the staff @ CH for the amazing day we had.
Everything looked amazing, beautiful, the service was top class, the Chinese Suite is just the most beautiful and romantic place ever, where a bride and a groom should spend their first night as married couple.
Let us tell you, everything went so smoothly, close to perfection.

Many guests said it has been the best wedding they ever attended in terms of emotions, location, service and fun. We believe it.

> The guests have been not been able to stop complementing the food especially the Granite which could only have been a Chef's nightmare to serve people roaming freely on a warm summers evening throughout every corner of the house. We realize that this was perhaps a more unusual service format for you, but it was delivered flawlessly, each dish perfectly prepared and served - thank you!

Nicholas, your little touches, initiative and thoughtfulness was noticed and really helped smooth over the edges of my plan, down to the dry ice. Gareth and I had an absolutely fantastic time - everything was perfect and the staff were amazing!!

Dearest Lovely People at Chandos house!

Would just like to send you a GREAT BIG THANK YOU for being so extremely kind and lovely to us and to our family at our wedding weekend! They have not stopped talking about how nice you all were and how they LOVED their stay at Chandos house. Off course they really enjoyed their beautiful rooms, but the main comments has been that everyone they met where so friendly, kind, helpful and really made them feel so welcome and at home.
The only really stressful thing about our wedding was to "organise" the family. From the very start you were so extremely understanding and helpful!

We cannot thank you enough, you played a massive part in making our wedding so fantastic!

As always, the holiday is over way to quickly and we're back at work today. Any way, we wanted to tell you how happy we were with everything on our wedding day. Everything went exactly as we had hoped it would. The rooms and terrace looked great, the food was great, everything was organised brilliantly from start to finish and all the staff were extremely helpful. So a massive thanks to you and everyone for all your hard work!

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you - to you specifically - and all your staff for the superb job they did yesterday. It was everything we had wished for. Several guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and we are convinced that was because of the beautiful venue, attentive staff, brilliant food and overall top quality of the whole experience.

How wonderful to hear from you!

We have just got back to Israel - I am so sorry for not writing sooner!

Amy, we cannot thank you enough for the absolutely wonderful day we had.

The entire day flowed superbly - all thanks to you and the wonderful staff.

You did an absolutely fabulous day setting things up beforehand and Rafael did a great job on the day. All the staff were so nice and so friendly and helpful that even the guests commented on it. They were really superb.

The house looked beautiful and I loved the fairy lights in the garden. Please thank Naomi and the girls for me, they did such a beautiful job and the dining room was exquisite.

Special compliments to the chef - many people came up to tell me it was the first time they had really great food at a wedding. The tarte tatin was divine!The pimms was delicious - as was everything else.

All in all a superb day and all thanks to you and the staff. I have been to many events but none of them run so well as this one and in such a smooth and efficient manner.

We had a fabulous day and would like to thank you and all your staff for making it such a perfect day. We were very impressed by the helpfulness of your staff and we know all of our guests had a great time.

We would highly recommend your venue, both for excellent service on the day and during the weekend, for our guests that stayed overnight at Chandos House.

Ross and I returned from a relaxing visit to Paris a few days ago and wanted to follow up with you to thank you and the rest of the team at Chandos House for making our wedding such a wonderful event. The rooms were all set up beautifully, the food was fantastic (burgers, apparently were to die for J), and the service was impeccable. All the little details you thought off (Russian barmen, wedding cake in our suite etc) were just excellent touches to make our day even better. We were even very pleasantly surprised by the family breakfast and how elegantly set up and delivered it was on Sunday morning. We appreciate all the effort that you and your team put into making our wedding weekend so special for us, and for your quick adjustments and help during the excitement prior to the ceremony. Our wedding was all we hoped for and more, and we will definitely recommend Chandos House to friends and family in future.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for all your superb efforts on our big day - everything was perfect and the House looked its best as did the weather. We had a wonderful time and judging by the number of thank you notes we have had from our guests everyone else did too. The staff were great and we loved the Antipodean registrar.

I don't have any photos from Alex as yet as I know he was finishing off a big wedding job from a couple of weeks before and as it is their gift to us I can't really chase him too hard. I will email you some as soon as I get them.

I hope you are well and have enjoyed the few weeks of sun. I just wanted to take the opportunity to provide you (and the team) with some feedback following our wedding on May 22, 2010.

Firstly, I wanted to say thank you all for such a great day. Graham and I had a such a wonderful time, our friends and family have also said what a great time they had. You worked so hard on the day and did so much - you really did afford me and my sister time to relax and not worry - thank you.

Graham and I were so impressed with the staff, led by you and Rafael. The staff team were courteous, helpful and attentive. They also worked so very hard. I only wish that I could remember their names so I could tell you exactly who the stars were, that said, Raf was outstanding - everyone has commented on him.

The food was excellent. The lamb was perfect and the desert was wonderful - although I had something different, many people have said that it was great. My favourite was the halibut. The most telling bit of praise is that many people have commented that the meal was the best wedding breakfast they have eaten. In spite of my love of cheese (and port) I was too busy dancing to eat any :-( but I am told it was perfect. Please pass on my comments to Chef.

The building is absolutely beautiful, as you know. It has made the photographs even better! The rooms were great and the hotel staff great also. The building was clean, well appointed and had everything we all needed. I met the hotel manager on the Friday. He was such a helpful and friendly man; yet again I forget his name, but please pass on my thanks and comments to him and the team.

I felt it important to let you know how thrilled we all were with the day. I cannot praise you all enough. Please do share this e-mail with the team.

Simon and I just wanted to send you a quick note to say a BIG thank you for all your help with the wedding, it was all perfect and we loved every minute.

Thank you for doing a fantastic job of organising it and for making it so easy for us, as you thought of everything!

We are on honeymoon now in Africa, but will be in touch when we get back to say a proper thank you.

Just to say a huge thank you to you, Rafael and all the team at Chandos for helping to make our day so special. We had a truly amazing day, and it was great to have so much support from the team. All of the family and guests commented on how fantastic the venue was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. It was great to feel so looked after, and the attention to detail in the service and presentation was really appreciated.

Just a quick e-mail before we go on holiday to thank you for the wonderful day we had yesterday.

I must say that the staff were absolutely fantastic. They were helpful, hard working and professional. They were smiley and clearly knew what they were doing.
