Based at 1 Wimpole Street, Nigel has extensive experience in the
London hotel, conference and catering market. Between 1990 and
1998 he was General Manager of catering at the Honourable Society
of Inner Temple, followed by a period as Area Manager with Baxter
Platts. In 2000 he moved to the Hurlingham Club and was a key team
member who worked on the re-development of the event facilities at
the Club.
2002 brought a move to Citigroup in Canary Wharf where, as Food
Service Director, he was awarded UK Catering Manager of the Year in
2004 by Cost Sector Magazine.
Agne has over six years' experience in the hotel and venue industry. Agne has been promoted from Events Account Administrator to Business Development Manager as a result from gaining a vast amount of knowledge and experience over the last year.
Before joining us here, Agne worked for London Capital Club and GLH Hotels working on sales strategy, building relationships with existing and new agents, marketing promotions and budget.
Besides her love for planning events, Agne enjoys yoga, cooking for her friends and her biggest dream is to get courtside seats at the Lakers Game.
Prior to joining the Chandos House team in September 2008, Paul
was the Executive Head Chef at the Park Plaza Hotel Victoria in
Central London, a 300 bed 4* deluxe hotel. He was responsible for
20 chefs and 2 kitchens serving a 1 Rosette standard restaurant, 15
meeting and conference rooms offering space from 10 to 750
delegates, room service and café bar.
Before working at the Park Plaza Hotel, Paul was one of the sous
chefs at the Dorchester Hotel in Park Lane. Here he worked
extensively in The Grill Room Restaurant. Prior to this he was at
the Millennium Hotel, Gloucester Road, London.
Kevin joined our team in 1995, having already held several positions in the hospitality and events business in London and his native North West.
During his time at Chandos House, he has developed a passionate commitment to providing customers with the very best in audio visual services. He continues to keep his finger on the pulse of AV technology, actively participating in organisations such as the AV User Group and Infocomm International.
